2. Account Registration

3. API Keys

API keys are confidential credentials used to access the Service.

• Keep API keys secure
• Not share credentials publicly

We may suspend or revoke compromised API keys.

4. Subscription Plans

Unused requests do not carry forward unless explicitly stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Trogis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the preceding twelve months.
